Cancellation Policy

CXK9 Booking Policies Last Updated: 24/06/2024 1. Booking Procedure - Book via our website or contact us directly. - Complete all required fields to secure your appointment. - A confirmation email will be sent upon booking. 2. Payment Terms - Full payment required at booking or prior to training. - Accepted methods: credit card, bank transfer, etc. - Invoices and receipts are provided electronically. 3. Cancellation and Rescheduling - Cancel 48+ hours before for a full refund. - No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours. - Reschedule at least 24 hours before the service. 4. No-Show Policy - No-shows without notice are non-refundable and may incur a fee. - Repeat no-shows may require prepayment for future services. 5. Health and Safety - Dogs must have current vaccinations; proof may be requested. - Dogs showing illness will not be accepted. - Disclose any behavioral or medical issues when booking. 6. Liability and Insurance - CXK9 ensures safety but isn’t liable for unforeseen events or your dog's behavior. - Clients should have pet insurance. 7. Service Refusal - CXK9 can refuse service for safety reasons. - Aggressive or disruptive behavior may result in immediate termination without refund. 8. Confidentiality - Client info is confidential and used only for our services. - We won't share your info without consent, except as required by law. 9. Media Use - CXK9 may use photos/videos of your dog for promotions. - Booking implies consent for media use. 10. Policy Changes - Policies may change.
