Booking Procedure - Book via our website or contact us directly. - Complete all required fields to secure your appointment. - A confirmation email will be sent upon booking. 2. Payment Terms - Full payment required at booking or prior to training. - Accepted methods: credit card, bank transfer, etc. - Invoices and receipts are provided electronically. 3. Cancellation and Rescheduling - Cancel 48+ hours before for a full refund. - No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours. - Reschedule at least 24 hours before the service. 4. No-Show Policy - No-shows without notice are non-refundable and may incur a fee. - Repeat no-shows may require prepayment for future services. 5. Health and Safety - Dogs must have current vaccinations; proof may be requested. - Dogs showing illness will not be accepted. - Disclose any behavioral or medical issues when booking. 6.
